NSW: 116 High Street, North Sydney NSW 2060

6 Bed, 4 bath, 3 car
The home that perfectly blends old and new. From the street, it’s a beautiful federation home, but inside it’s been completely reimagined for modern family living.
The owners have gone to extraordinary lengths to preserve the home’s heritage character while adding some very bold contemporary design elements.
The entrance was inspired by MONA in Tasmania, so it feels like gallery from the moment you enter the home.
There are incredible 180-degree views across Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge.
The property goes to auction on the 16th of November.

QLD: 25 Keel, Birkdale QLD 4159

5 bed, 4 bath, 3 car   Price guide: $7 to 8 million
Villa Solana feels less like a Queensland home and more like a private Spanish or Tuscan villa.
Set on waterfront land, with an impressive 55 metres of water frontage and direct canal access.
There are five ensuite bedrooms, a theatre room, billiards room, gym, sauna and wine cellar.
Outside there’s a woodfire pizza oven, wet bar, pool, Bali hut and a private 12-metre pontoon.
This property is expected to achieve around $7 to 8 million, which could set a new suburb  record.
