Chef and Restaurateur Luke Mangan is just as much an icon of Sydney as Vivid and a long lunch - and as it turns out, he’s a master of both of them.
The man behind the brasserie at the Hilton, Luke’s Kitchen at the Kimpton Margot Hotel and Luke’s Table at the Pylon Lookout is reviving the formerly government funded long in July and bringing diners back to the struggling CBD.
Guests will be treated to a three-course feast with matching wines, plus bands, DJs, and ballet and ballroom dancers performing - all for just $120.
Luke Mangan, joins with Luke Grant to find out what revellers can expect from the lunch and gives his thoughts on what we can do to get more punters venturing to the CBD for future Vivids.
