Best of the Week: 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe

Published Apr 12, 2025, 10:00 AM

This week on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Florida comes back from 12 down to beat Houston in the National Championship. The Old P, Petros Papadakis talks coaching culture, Doyers stumbling and the downfall of the NCAA. And the guys celebrate a tradition like none other, but  they debate where golf stands in the legitimacy of sports.

It is the best of two pros and a couple.

Joe with Lamar Areas and rating Winn and Jonas Knox on radio.

How the hell are we feeling here on this Tuesday morning.

It's great to be Flora.

Good, floor good, it's great to b Yeah, that is the man.

Jump came back. Come on, Houston.

Well, the final possession left a lot to be desired there gags like that.

Geez, gag city.

Was that worse than the time out by Chris Webber? I mean, just shoot it right or pass it or something, do something other than what he did. I mean, you know, but it was.

It was like the entire team, no one want to shoot it.

Yeah, it was a rough ending. Congratulations to the Florida Gators getting it done.

Who if you had to say best team in the tournament, that's fine.

Yes, I mean second half team for sure. One last time. Huh, there you go. Good morning.

Damn.

I mean.

You know what you sit back for you you don't want to listen to that song? Come on, so Luthor, the ball is tipped.

Come on so bad man.

There you are.

I try I avoided everything.

Running for your life.

Second the game's over, I'm out. I don't want to see any of it.

That's what I wait for.

I wait for this moment they play a different they play a different version of the song every year.

Let me know what the game's over so I can turn it on. Yes, yes, absolutely, this is so lame. Why nothing more overblown than people celebrating that long at the end of the tournament like.

This is really this is the kapper Like, no, it's over. That just shows your true propensity to be a hater. That's that's really what this does. Yeah, you're a hater, bro.

And uh and for what?

Like those young men you know have worked their asses off to to get to this point, agreed, as stated, probably the hardest tournament to win. Yeah, and just because you weren't the champion doesn't mean that you didn't have memorable moments. Like all those guys had one shining moment, but Florida had the shining moment. Yeah that has been poisoned by that song.

Wow, maybe they should. Maybe they should finish up the tournament with the song you come in at.

The three a Ramstein. Yeah, there you go, mind heal to finish up a turn Yeah, please, I'd be all in. But the second the game is over. I'm out done, done deal, Although if you did stick around post game, you could hear a little bit.

Of Calvin Sampson.

Afterwards, Kelvin Sampson did talk about the you know what went on that final play. He talked about what went on that final play and why Houston wasn't able to get up a shot trailing two with the national championship on the line.

Yeah, I'm just going through those last two possessions more than anything else. It's incomprehensible in that situation. We couldn't get a shot, get a shot. We're down two, and obviously we didn't need a three. But you know, with the manual, we were struggling to score the entire second half. We got good looks, but Florida was doing a good job running us, running us off the line and forcing us to score it.

But we didn't score it well enough to win. He scored it well enough to be in a position to win. So it comes down to those at the end.

You've got to you gotta get you gotta get a shot, gotta be better than that, he said.

It's not like he's laying on a couch, sounds exhausted.

Well, I have eaten pizza and some some melted ice cream.

Damn, that's the least I mean it was.

Uh, that's an unfortunate conclusion in the tournament. He would have been the oldest head coach to win it, right, I believe so, Yeah.

Yeah, I belove doesn't there to go into it.

But I mean think about Houston's history and basketball though, I mean they've they've come so close now three separate times, only to fall short.

Five slam a jama. Yeah, couldn't get it done.

Yeah.

By the way, I confused the the Twin Towers yesterday with the Houston Rockets, not the Houston Cougars. Who were the twin Towers of the Houston Rockets Ralph Samson, they.

Called them the twin Towers.

Yeah, in the back of the day, Jonas, how is Jim Nance going to take this loss? Was there any cutaways last time?

Of course there was of course, like does Houston not have a more famous alum?

Like did they not have a great question? Do you want to look this up? I leave Jim Nance most famous alum, but you want.

To grock this? Houston's famous?

I just said I came Elijah one.

Yeah he went there, but he didn't get Drexler went there.

He didn't get a fraction of the cutaway time that Jim nance got.

Is that because he calls the games?

No, not anymore.

I was also going to say, you kind of have to go with non athletes, right, like it kind of comes with the territory for an athlete.

So yeah, okay, I've got one. Andre Ware. Didn't he go to Eustone?

Jim Parsons from the Big Bang Theory, which has a way bigger following than I ever realized.

So I have no idea who that is. But that doesn't mean anything. Wayne huh, a little Lil Wayne went to he he actually attended uh briefly. Then he received an honorary degree rather than graduating. Dennis Quaid Dennis Quaid. Ah, it's a good name.

Fred Couples, that's an athlete, you know. Kenny Rogers, Kenny a really good name. Carl Lewis, that's a good name. He went to Houston.

Didn't you do the national anthem?

Yes?

He did, Lizzo, Okay, well, master p went to Houston. Wow, okay, I can say.

What the restaurant that came from way down under? I mean, but no, no, not you know it was important, and it's no knock on Jim Nance.

I love the leader of the.

All time.

I'm great, but I just feel like, you know, a cutaway to Lizo might have had more effect on on the whole thing.

You know. It's like she's a part of a nice movement building up and going on right now. It's like the NF. The NFL throws in Taylor Swift, CBS counters with Jim Nance. Okay, well let's let's keep growing this thing.

I don't know why you're so against them showing up. Nance bothers you so much. He's a part of their network.

Okay, I don't There's a lot of people a part of their network. Pete Prisco does stuff on CBS sports dot Com.

Could give two rips about Houston and Florida playing basketball, all right, Like he barely cares about Arizona State until.

The relevant all right. What I'm what I'm saying is he is.

A prominent figure who had called these games forever and went to Houston.

Like, I don't understand why you get so mad about the cut of it.

Just felt like it was a bit much and it was forced masters.

We coming up. He's gonna be a part of that. He's already he's already said he's gonna retire in eleven years.

That's it. Yeah, what's wrong with that? You know, like, let everybody know eleven years in advance when you're walking away.

I mean, what what? Why didn't even say that? Is that because he's worried about foul play like something someone's gonna kill him between now and then. I don't know, Like when people are whistleblowers go, I'm not suicidal.

I'm not, like they have to like they have to state that just in case they get whacked, so they know it's like it's not actually like them doing it.

That's like when you don't you know, like you know, or you do say you like black people. You know, you're like, oh, I got that one friend, you know, I listened to the Temptations, you know, and then that dictates you know that you're like basically saying, I don't like black people, but I do, you know what I mean because I listened to the Temptations or I was listening to I was lifted the platters.

There you go, see, there you go. That's that's what helps out the case.

How that re you know, because it's kind of like, you know, you try to say something that that you know you clearly are, but you're trying to convince people that you're not.

You know, what does that have to do with jim nance announcing he's retiring on in years before it takes place.

I don't know.

I just thought I throw out, what's your problem, Brady? You don't think jim Nantz listens to the platters.

I'm just saying, have you ever heard of it? Or has a black friend being like, guys, I'm going to retire ten years. Has anyone ever said, like made an official announcement of when their last like big time event would be but it's also ten eleven years from now or whatever you said?

I mean, I do wonder like there's probably you know, guys at CBS that are thinking, oh man, you know, as soon as he's gone, I'm gonna get my shot and then he drops that something.

They're like They're like, Okay, yeah, we're a television.

That's what I'm curious about. What's going on? Like what they got going on on the television now?

Is that what it is?

Like smash it up, like crunch it up and then like sniff it up. Huh carry Von eric got partied and your ties? Yeah, okay, speaking of Houston, I believe they were from They're from Texas.

Are they? Yeah, the von Erics, the wrestlers.

Yes, have we heard from Florida up by the way, Yeah, we have Todd Golden, the man in the hour who by the way, they Florida one point spread. Really, it wasn't Donovan, I was coachingly. No, Billy Donovan no longer with the Florida Gators. Al Horford was also not starting last night, but it was no joke. No, no, not him either. Todd Golden was there discussing the big win for his Florida Gators post game.

We've gotten a lot of credit for our offense because we've been so explosive all year and been one of, if not the top two offenses in America all year. But we've been a top ten defense all year also, and we've been able to stand up against really good offensive teams and find a way to get stops. I thought he got the better of us in the first half, but it was really just a disparity in the turnover count.

You know, we had nine I think they had two.

In the first half, and as I look here, we had four in the second and they had seven, and our defense won us a game tonight. We got nine straight stops at one point in the middle of the second half.

To your point, we held them scoreless the last two.

Twenty and Walter great close out and Condo, great hustle play to win the game. And that's what made this team special all years, that we could win different ways, and we showed that against Night.

So there was, by the way, talk about a roller coaster of a year for Todd Golden, like started.

Off, I was just gonna say, I mean, he got off to an interesting start in September and then boy, I mean they look at the university stood by them. They they found that there was no evidence that Golden violated in a Title nine within the university in program, although I believe one attorney for the accuser had said, like, there's questionable activity that was outside of Title nine scope, which is may how they've kind of made the case. But he's a good coach man a reason they stood stood by him steadfast.

I'm telling Lee about this.

I thought it was funny because back in septemb remember, there was like this ground swell of man.

Billy Napier's got to go. He's got to go.

They got to get rid of BILLI Napier. And it's like, well, you know, the schedule's kind of rough. There's a lot going on there. And then all of a sudden, randomly, like the ad came out and like had his back, and it was like, okay, it's kind of weird. Like on a Thursday or Friday, just came out and spoke highly of Billy Napier. And then a day later, this report on Todd Golden comes out. It's like, oh, okay, well, you gotta at least let everybody know that, you know, your confidence is in one coach while the other one's undergoing an investigation.

And I swear to god, I just assumed Todd Golden was going to be.

Out, just based on the reporting, the coverage of it, which just goes to show you you got to wait until all the facts come out, because the expectation was they're trying to find whether or not they get rid of them with cause so on and so forth, And next thing you know, a few months later, the guys cutting down the nets and winning a national title in San Antonio.

Pretty wild, crazy.

Good for good for Todd Golden and the Florida Gators.

Who had a strong defense on the court and off the court.

Wow, sure he did.

Well.

Hey Lee, how do we wrap up with the racket challenge? Won the hatra dot Com? Who the hat draw? Our favorite thing? Uh?

That would be me, you guys, because I was heavy on Florida.

Yep.

I had Florida over Brady's Houston.

And on top of that, I actually, uh came pretty good on my bracket on points there on.

Oh come on, hold on, now you what pretty good? Nobody cares are going absolutely Brackett Brady, I don't care about my one forty Okay, I get it.

Well, Brady, you did do pretty well yourself. You finished eighth right there with Steve de Seger and the VIPs. Of course, we got to give it up to Chris Plank with the win.

Is back to back years for Plank?

Yeah, back to back?

Yeah, yeah, Plank went back to back.

Good for him.

Yeah, he shared it last year, but he won it out right. Yeah.

Plax came in second, Plaxico Burst came in second forty eight. Good job Plax, But yeah, good job Brady Brady.

He screwed me. Let's be real, Duke screwed me, all right? That that that screwed me down the stretch there. So and also there was footage if you guys saw this of Cooper Flag eight days later out of the driving range did get his golf.

So we got someone showed me like it. He seems like I'm moving on.

Yeah, I'm going to be a top lottery picking Someone didn't make the case. How in the in today's age of nil it's so different in basketball for this reason, everyone's like, oh, they could run it back, they could pay all these guys there, Duke to come back. And then you actually think about how many MAX contracts Cooper Flag, who's what eighteen will be nineteen, that's I mean it's draft or whatever plays his rookie year. He could get three MAX contracts by the time he's thirty, yeah, and maybe get a fourth. Like it doesn't make any financial sense for him to actually go back to school because of what would be waiting for him in the NBA.

He could legitimately be close to a billion dollars in contracts if he plays a full NBA career at the level people expect him to.

By the time he gets the thirty five.

That is a realistic scenario based on how good he is the trajectory, and then the fact that he could sign probably four MAX contracts in that time.

See nowadays earned that type of one.

You got to open up your own bad tequila and then start slinging that if you're a celebrity or an athlete at everybody, everybody, everyone, everyone got a whiskey too tequila, Like everyone wants to do the Georgia.

Though I've heard the rocks tequila's good. I thought we tasted it before, didn't we Didn't we do that at the super Bowl or something? Did we? I feel like maybe maybe Arizona did one of those one of those places.

Yeah, oh not not sure, but yeah, congrats Chris Plank, Todd Golden and Florida.

Yeah, congratulations guys.

And uh, that'll wrap up college basketball until everybody pretends to all of a sudden know what they're talking about next year.

By the way, I wish we had some big sporting of them coming up this week, That's what I wish. I can't wait.

What like, maybe there's no music what I'm talking about here?

Come on? Maybe like this wretchedness playing right? I love that's ridiculous.

They play this at the weave room and stay college. They play this at the weight room and uh, birdstiring right now? Yeah, they do smell. I turn it up on my truck every morning. I don't hear no birds chirping. I see driving people lane, drinking water and shaking hands and so beautiful. Are your bird stripping?

We'll miss you, my bird. Do you remember what was happening yesterday?

Yeah?

Are two birds trying to attack and like break in this place?

What'd you do? We'll see if they're back today, that'd be much more interesting than that music that was just playing.

I'll tell you that, bro.

It was and I thought I was letting like an Edgar Allen Poe movie, try coming to attack me. I kept running over to scare them away. They'd come back. Then there'd be like two of them than three of them. Jonas actually claimed there were crows, which I said, no, they're they're not crows.

I can never get well he was.

It was, to be honest, another place racist.

He said they were. They were black his words.

There you go, The crows in our neighborhood are terrible, here he goes, But seagulls are thieves too.

Let me tell you something I've seen. The pigeons, did I tell this? Pigeons are less like kind of like intrusive. They're they're more respectful of your space. They're they're more said she didn't want no pigeons. That's what you don't want, no pigeons.

I said.

They were very talented birds.

I mean, you can teach them, you can train them.

They're trainable like dogs.

I ever tell my crow and see seagull story on this show? Have I ever told that before? I was driving back from the shore when I lived on the East Coast and I made a stop. I was super hungry man stopped to get some food in this like little what is it like the malls that are outside what are those called? I forget, not them all inside, but them all outside like an outlet mall whatever. Anyway, so there's no one really there. It's like the next morning and there's all kinds of like trash on on the ground in this parking lot.

And I see like.

Five six seagulls like just having their way with like all this, like these French.

Fries and burger meat on the ground.

Then I see like three or four crows pull up right, and I'm like, oh, this like might get interesting. So I like actually parked my car and it's like all right, they started running out of food before it really jumped off right, So I was like, man, we can't have that. So I started throwing all my fries out out into the parking lot just to see, you know, what would happen, and bro like out of nowhere, like fifty more seagulls like just come in like hot, like womb like ran up on the crows.

Right.

The crows is like getting overwhelmed, like ah, whoa, whoa, there's too many seagulls. We might have to roll up out of here. And then like seventy eighty crows come pulling up and it was like I'm telling it was like Arma getting between seagulls and crows.

I mean, I mean they was.

Them.

Crows were throwing up cloth signs like like talents, like they was throwing them up twists, twisting the talents.

You know.

The seagulls ain't got no damn got no fingers, like they webbing, So they was just sitting there like like god like you know, like they was getting it in though, like it was more fighting than it was eating food. And it was the wildest thing watching crows. And I gotta tell you, crows are some bad. Their efforts brou because by the time they got all the way fully into it, them seagulls was out. They was getting up out of there, like I'm not doing We're not messing with these people.

Man, they're not built for gem pop telling you, man, it's a real deal out there. Them seagulls got the hell up out of there. Well, the seagulls also have the worst diet of anybody on the planet. They don't have the cardio to get in a war with anybody. Them Them crows was wearing them seagulls out.

Yeah, I could see that. We just want no pigeons, That's all I know, saying they would have probably been eating the pigeons.

If pigeons tried to jump up in there and make it like a three way like little gang bang like them pigeons would have been hurt.

They would have been eating them pigeons swallowing them up. Was no pigeons, was that like the the risk like the counter distract to.

That's that's why I keep bringing it up because I thought it was so great. A group of guys were like, you know what screwed this? We need to we need to come up with a disc track from ladies Yeah, No pigeons, No pigeons yeah Bird.

Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Arrington and Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern three am Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

We turn it over to the man himself at the Old peon X. He's the co host of the Petros and Money Show, which you can hear on l A Sports Yeah, Fox College Football Analyst and our good buddy every single week.

Petros Papadakis Pee, what's happening?

Well? How come you guys aren't using the new Jello ball song?

I just don't feel like we should use any ball song on you.

Man guns up on my hip because of fear, luck, law and honor. Why can't we listen to law and order?

Because they sound the exact same, So what's the difference.

Talking about two guns up on Miam? Because of.

Why does he do?

Gangster rat Pete? Like, why can't he do feel good music?

Gino Hills is hard. You know what it's like to go to the seven eleven and Chino Hills to buy yourself a deal.

Pickles a very nice area if you ask me, oh man, very very nice.

You got it. You can't go to the seven eleven and Chino Hills without the two guns up by my.

Because really he's like a big deal out there. Huh.

I guess, I don't know. I mean, but he does do gangster rap. It is a little bit of a weird it's kind of a throwback. It's kind of a nod to the nineties. But of course, you know, there's like this whole thing on Twitter circulating with Tupac where he doesn't seem very gangster at all.

He's working.

He didn't come from a very gangster background. No, he went to Juilliard, That's right. It's like, what was what was I what was all this? When my homies called him listening to when I was young and I see him in a unitar doing an interview, it's very interesting.

Well, a lot of people took shots at him for that.

You know, hold on, hold on, Petros, what is this story with that? I mean, you would be more up to this than we would be what.

Do you mean?

What do you mean?

What do I mean? Like on Twitter, there's a there's a whole interview with Tupac wearing a unit.

Yeah, it's probably it was probably like a real picture too.

Oh no, it's a real interview. And he just does not seem like a guy in big pants. That's like, you know, round and round and round we go.

Yeah.

No, he was a very very conscious, very uh pro pro like you know, treat women good type type of guy came up, and he.

Came up and with the band Digital Underground with us. He wasn't feel good, which was a feel good that's correct.

By the way, I go to type in Tupac on Twitter and like different name came up. Yeah, it says there's three options, Tupac street art, Tupac gay, or Tupac smiles.

The Jupac gay one. That's what we're talking about.

See what it is?

That's very interesting.

Yeah, I ever heard the story that Michael Jackson was about to beat Tupac's ass out front of the club one time. Petros It actually pulled that video up.

Good call. See there it is see his unitar I did not hear that he was going to fight Michael Jackson.

You never heard that.

No, I remember when we were kids that there was going to be a dance off between mc hammer and Michael Jackson. No, that would have been interesting, and that would have that was Michael and that was gonna be the the end all be all.

Second, hold on, why do you say Michael so quid mc hammer's got no shot in that dance off?

Zero shot?

Why Brown would have touched him though?

No?

Hell no, Chris Brown, I'm sure either.

No, Chris Brown will put Michael Jackson in the No, no pun intended crazy, he'd send him away.

I will not blaspheme I could. I should hang up and let you guys talk about the Cleveland quarterbacks situation.

I will not have I mean, don't do that. Be this is a situation. Chris Johnson handled that.

Chris Johnson running back. No, no, no, h Chris Chris Brown.

Chris the gangster that does the street art. Chris Brown.

I mean he does all kinds of art.

He could he could not outdance Michael Jackson. Hell no, no one ever.

Against yours on that.

Well, I don't see it's going to happen.

So hold on, Elvis Presley, like Jackson not there either. We're talking about a dance off now.

Now, if you guys, if you guys ever figured like why Elvis is popular.

Because he's saying black people's music.

Hell my god in heaven, dude, watch Elvis live at a Loha stadium and tell me tell me that Elvis, why Elvis is a star? I mean Elvis. Watch Elvis perform and don't sit here and tell me, oh, well he appropriated this or that Elvis was a golden god of gold American musical performance, and really so was Michael Jackson. Mc hammer just looked like Hank Aaron and was a batmoy from the open hand. Chuck D got with you, Chuck D. Oh well, look it's a clever rap lric but you.

Chuck D's disagreeing with you all over the place. That's all I'm trying to tell you.

Pet You I enjoyed public enemy myself, but and I had fear of a black planet as a young man, and I still fear a black planet.

Do you fear it?

But absolutely?

I mean we're on Fox Sports Radio, so y'all could get it all out, like, let's get it out, you know what I mean?

But I will not take elm flash for me if you want. You got to see Elvis and his cape, in his jumpsuit with his big beautiful diamond p.

I was in his uh.

I was in his penthouse suite at the What hotel was that? What hotel is that?

That?

His his penthouse is there? They got the statue of him, vega, vega? Should he use this toilet?

Man?

His that?

You know what?

That's not fun. You know a lot of people die because they're addicted to.

Just use the bathroom. He's got to go, You gotta go.

Someone exploited the great story, Like what are you talking about?

Elvis died on the toilet, Brady Dang, he did, Yes.

He died.

I'm sorry, Petrouss. I didn't research how Elvis died, all right, Like I knew he was dead, and there's just kind of common knowledge. Some people don't accept that everyone knows Elvis died on the toilet.

Yes, I mean, while we're at it, people don't think Elvis is dead or Tupac. By the way.

By the way, you know there's somewhere movie I'm looking up his outfit from a Looha stadium.

That is sweet.

Look at that pinky ring look at that. Do you think the rappers came up with wearing all the gold and looking sweet?

Yeah?

Hold on, Elvis, hold by, hold on, now, hold on, don't do that.

By the way, Rock says, that's debatable, whether or not it's purely common knowledge, just letting you know.

What do you mean?

Groc says, it's debatable something that that happened before Groc existed. It's gonna tell me what's debatable or not. Everybody knows he died on the toilet, everybody. Not everybody, but yes, some people it's the patient. It was because he took too many pills.

Some some would say that that's debatable. That's all right, fine, can I now you know?

And knowing is half the battle? Can I? Jim Morrison also died on the toilet, but yeah, at a Paris club that came out a few years back, they tried to say he died in the bathtub, you know, look at all cool and shade a shaven like the movie. But he died with a Heroin needle in his arm.

Club man, it's too bad. That's before Bedays, Before Bedays.

This is nothing but misinformation.

All day Bardays are old like those are just as old as toilet seats. They might be you say boor Day Borday, Bordeaux.

But day whatever, but day. It was the type of French line. I don't give a damn, you know, Tyson, the.

Thing that shoots water and we give it out anything accurate in this interview.

Thus far, I have Petro.

That's it. Not that Michael Jackson would out dance Chris Brown, that's for certain, dude.

Michael Jackson would wipe the floor with Chris Brown. No way, he would send Chris Brown back to his set tripping group.

No way.

If you want to tell you James beaton, but no way, James Brown. Brown would not win either.

Well, James Brown and Hammer were connected. Remember then the two Legit to Quit video. They were on there together calling each other Godfather and God's son and mc hammer was gonna out dance Michael Jackson. That was going to be the face off.

Chris and Michael Jackson. They that James Brown was the hero of Prince and Michael Jackson.

James Brown. James Brown is very interesting because if you listen to like a lot of his music, like he was a task master, Like his band was so tight, and if they made any mistake, like he would destroy them. There is a some great video of James Brown performing at like the Santa Monica Civic Center way back in the day with his sweet haircut. And yeah, he could dance as well. And also he could also get riled up and lead the police on a high speed chase. He could, he could, and he was he was, he was really something else. But him and him and Hammer were kind of coming as like a like a dual threat against Michael Jackson in in our time.

By the way, wasn't that high speed chase? Wasn't he like all twazzled out on whatever he was taking at the time.

And he did look I mean to say that he looked a little bit uh and uh, he looked a little bit. Uh. I would say he looked compromised. Yeah, his photo, he did look under the influence of something. Yeah, twaggled out, I guess was a good way to put it.

Can I ask you a sports question?

Sure, I'm here. I went out last night, had a couple of drinks. Where'd you go to the Red Onion on top of the hill? Drink right under the big Matt Liner jersey or my favorite?

Yes, I appreciate my invite. You know, I am right down the street from you anymore, like you send Matt a photo of yourself drinking while into the jersey or now, I don't think we text. I don't think we text. Interesting, you don't text me. But you know, it's nice, nice to know that my neighbor, you know, that's.

My I was up there, my friend, the real estate dad, took me up there.

Let me ask you this. We were talking culture and Aaron Glenn came out and said, you know, we're not.

Talking super Bowls.

That's the Jets coach.

The Jets coach and just came from the Detroit Live. That's correct, that's correct.

All right.

I'm just curious without it even being connected, you know, like kind of specific when you have you ever been in a dysfunctional organization? Like have you ever been around dysfunction where the dysfunction comes from the people that own it or or run it, like from the top top, Like what's your take on on culture?

Like is it?

Well, you feel like it's legit that that Aaron Glenn can actually change the culture where he's at in a place where culture seems to be the reason why they don't want.

Was that fifteen forty p Was that just describing the old that I work for? What's that dysfunction from the top?

I don't know. I mean it was a company that was owned the Sporting News Radio.

You know.

I think it's interesting. I think it's a really interesting question because I didn't really figure out, you know, what that meant, you know, as far as all the way institutional support for a football program, because I'm a college football guy, I didn't really know what that meant until I went to start doing Oklahoma games when Bob Stoops was the coach and they had Joe Castiglion, that's the name, Brady, I think the athletic director.

That was athletic director.

Yeah, and I forget the name of the university president. But I mean you just got a feeling that, Okay, all these people work together as one, like this program is supported from the top and the bottom, and everybody's kind of holding it up. And that's I think why Lincoln Riley was able to kind of move in there and continue to have kind of similar success that Bob Stoops was having when Lincoln was the OC because they had such a great support system and you get that idea. It's not really a definable thing. It's just something you feel when you're there or something that you notice covering a team. And then I thought back to the different places I've been and different things that I've seen, and the dysfunction is kind of glaring once you see when it's functional and how it works. Like you get into a meeting with a head coach and he starts complaining about the way the athletic director is. You get in a meeting with the running back coach and they complain about the OC or the head coach. Yes, I've been part of all kinds of dysfunction and it's very difficult to do as a head coach to change the culture if the people on top of you aren't supporting you one percent. And how it works at the pro level is probably a lot different. But at the same time, I think a head coach has a lot to do with the tone that's set, but ultimately long term success, that guy, of course, has to be supported from above. Now, the guy that owns the Jets is the band aid guy, right Johnson and.

Baby oil this morning, he's the baby oil.

Well, he's got to be suffering now that diddies in jail not buying it.

Oh yeah, he was moving that baby oil bottles.

Oh boy, But I I I, I don't know. It feels like, you know, people say these things about pro franchises for years, like, oh my god, they have no chance. They suck because their ownership sucks. What people always say that about the Browns, right, people always say that about the Bengals and trying to figure stuff out? But am I wrong? No, you're not, You're not, you know, I mean so, I mean, and people say that about the Jets. Well, for a long time, people say it about the Chargers. They said, oh, the old man doesn't spend any money, and this and that, and and maybe it's true, I mean, and and but you can spend a lot of money and suck too. I mean, look at Texas A and M. They got the biggest nil and then it's never I mean, it hasn't translated into championships or anything like that for them. So it is kind of interesting to look at it like that, to look at the very very top. It's not as much fun as is breaking down running backs and quarterbacks. But you know, the reason most franchises, most places don't can't keep sustained success is because they don't have the support from above. But like Robert Kraft seems like a great owner, right, I mean, other than going to the old whack house, it seems like he knows.

I mean, I feel like that should make him more relatable in some cases, right.

I mean yeah, But it's like that place, you know, a strip mall. I mean, you own an NFL team, dude, you know. I mean, but it just it feels like, you know, even he.

Had to feel normal. You know, that's that's kind of what you have there in South Florida, a lot of strip malls where there's places reside.

Well, I get it, but he still owns you know, does that mean he has to go in there? I mean just because Donney is there, does that mean I have to go into the drive through and get a big Mac?

Do you think that no one will believe an NFL owner is in this place? Do you think that was made? What he was thinking? He's like gotta like it's so out in the open, and they're like, no one would actually suspect this, Like they would think exactly what you're thinking, hiding and playing side. Yeah, exactly.

Now turnover, please, mister Kraft, thank you orchards of Asia. Yeah, yes, that's right. Spot, that's right, Bobby Orchids. I believe that was in one of those places once and there was like a raid and he hid under the table.

And made out the back.

Yeah, you told us that amazing moment.

Made it out alive, Petros.

The Doyers have lost three in a row and four or five it's over. Are the panic Bros Out in full force?

I feel like, uh, yeah, well, it's just annoying because everybody was talking about this as a flawless team. They're not going to lose at all. When will they lose? They might lose and lie. And then in their very first road trip they lose two series in a row. And one of the big issues with the Dodgers and this happened last year and then eventually in August they just got him off the spot. But Mookie Bets at shortstop is an amazing thing as to why they do it and why they placate him to allow him to do it. He's one of their best players. He'd be their best player if it wasn't for Shoe Otani. He's one of the faces of major League Baseball. But the Dodgers and I'm not like a seam head over here. But the Dodgers have four guys that are better at shortstop than Mookie Betts. Not one guy, Tommy Edmond, who should be doing it every day. Not two guys Miguel Rojas, who's really really good fielding shortstop and that's why you'd have him on a team. Keyk Hernandez is a better shortstop, and Chris Taylor. So there's four guys on the Dodger roster that plays short stop better than Mooki Betts. But he insists on playing shortstop. And it's freaking a circus out there, errors and mistakes. And if Freddy Freeman's not there at first base, he's hurt right now. He fell in the shower of all things. You know, He's not there to be a vacuum and suck up all Mookie's bad throws. So it is kind of a glaring thing. And it happened last year too, and by August they got Muki back into right field, or maybe he'll be at second base. But that's their biggest problem right now, is that Mookie Bets is at shortstop. I mean, he shouldn't be, and why he does it. I guess is because Shoe a Otani's there and show hey is such a big deal. Mooki playing shortstop makes him more important. I guess in his own mind. I don't get it, but it's something they're going to have to fix. And without bruising his ego too.

Much, Petro's almost switch gears a little bit and just talk to you about the whole house and safe settlement.

I don't know if you follow it, if you're curious.

To say, inching toward a settlement? Is that what's going on? Yeah?

Tell me what's.

Uh?

There's the judges basically requested that they review roster limits and potentially look at that, and there's a couple of the things that I think she's concerned with. It's hard to follow via Twitter because you hear people who are like, Oh, this judge is gonna crush them. They're gonna this whole thing's get thrown out. Then you are other people who are like, actually the judge is looking at one are two or three things they're trying to change. The bigger question is with this settlement, you think there's a world here in a year or two where the NCAA doesn't exist, just with how this whole thing's going.

Well, that's kinda that's kind of where it's been going for a while now, right, I mean, what is the purpose of the NC Double A when the college football playoff is not an NC Double A trophy? The biggest NC Double A moneymaker is college football, and the NC DOUBLEA does not administer how they give out their championship, Like, that's not an NC DOUBLEA trophy that they give out. That's why the tournament is such a big deal still to the NC DOUBLEA tournament because it is. I mean, that's why the tournament is such a big deal to the NC DOUBLEA because it is the NC DOUBLEA tournament and it's a huge money maker for them. So, and the NCAA's lost most of their teeth in the last ten years. You know, they're not able to put penalties on people. People might just ignore them. They weren't able to enforce their transfer rules, so they just let everybody transfer and move all over the place. They are not able really to keep the amateur status of the way athletes used to perform under their banner for so many years. So that's a really good question to ask, Brady, is like, you sit there and say, well, what do what does this thing even exist for? If what we're doing here is basically professional sports. I am not up on the way the trial or the way the settlement or the way it's moving through whatever government body that it's moving through. But I would say, and I've envisioned this for many, many years, Title nine, which was very progressive and very good at the time to create more women's sports, Title nine is going to be a big stumbling block and how people interpret Title nine is going to be a very big obstacle for getting revenue sports people paid properly by the school that's making billions of dollars off them, Because you are going to have the women's volleyball team Libero demanding money and they're going to take that to court, and I don't know how that's going to work out, or maybe that's already been worked out. In this it's like you said, it's kind of hard to follow. But to me, I think you're right. Relevance and the need for an actual n C double A in big time sports where money is being made is uh yeah, probably by the wayside.

Bye bye.

Uh. Petros Papadakis, the co host of The Petros and Money Show, which you can hear on the blowtorch Am five seventy l a Sports Fox college football analyst.

You me tomorrow, P. We're doing it?

Oh, yes, thank you? Four hours of great sports doc.

Why y'all never ask me?

Pe?

You want to come and do four hours from four to three to seven, LaVar, you never asked me. You want to come? Churn your knees.

You've never asked me.

You want to get on the sports talk Cybex machine. Let's go.

You've never asked me. I'm just saying, you know, you never know if you don't ask Pe.

I have asked you.

No, you asked me to come in person one time, and I was going to come.

I just was out of town. That's all.

Yeah.

Maybe next time, P. Maybe maybe we'll go catch a pop. You know, when you're sitting under Matt Liner's jersey, you know, and Reggie's and Reggie.

Sam Cunningham, is Reggie still suing USC?

I'm sure he is, okay, you know, like like Reggie is like a chef that's got like, you know, eight or nine lawsuits going at the same time. He's very litigious. You know, you wake up fort five or many people I don't know. I mean, for some it's very natural.

Interesting. Uh pee. We appreciate it and we'll do it again next week.

Guns up on my hip because it feels like law and order.

Yeah.

Great.

Petrus papavegis with us here on Fox Ports Radio.

Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Arrington and Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern three am Pacific.

Lee, what are you eating? Is that just like chips from Chile? Is that just a random bag of chips that were sitting on the floor.

Sorry, I'm unwinding my uh headphones from around Cooper and.

Clearly sucking your yeah, yeah or mouth. Yeah, they're very stale, stale chips. They didn't look stale while you were eating them.

What are they? Corn chips? Okay? To chips?

Yeah, okay, you would have snorted.

Them from just like you said. Oh I was right, yeah, god ding was for you?

Okay, how about it?

What are what are those things sitting in the kitchen there that you guys clearly just don't care about attracting rats or anything like that, But there's some type of something like the rack.

They look like rich knockoffs, just stacked up right.

Just there for the roaches and the rats to come get.

See them trying to clean up after everybody.

Is that what you're doing?

Yeah, I'm cleaning up, eating it all up.

So you're there. You heard that?

Like that?

There it is.

He just admitted your rodent like garbage disposal. We got a rat.

Alright, Hey man, you know, there's always a good time for chips apparently, I mean it is. Although it's Chipotle chips, it is draft season. That's a Chipotle was a.

Big part of part of Brady's.

That's rights thanks to the wagon, right, wasn't the wagon and got the food.

Probably didn't pay for it, but he might have been the one that went to get it. You know. I'm just saying, usually it gets a little alligator arms every once in a while when when that comes around.

Yeah, well, you know it happens to the best of us. Speaking of speaking of the best of us, no wonder, I was just trying to have his back, speaking of the best of us.

He's been on scholarship for his life pretty much.

I do like how you remind him of that, though. What are you doing with your transition. Go ahead, let's see which direction are you? Are you using coming on?

Or is there?

Is it the other side of it? Let's see what this is. Are you accusing me of transition?

Yes, that's what you were doing.

Damn?

Can I also say this? I love how there's They'll be like a combination of topics in the first segment that have nothing to do with one.

Another, right and and this is one of them. So that's what I'm saying. I want to see where he's going with his transition. Pick a card any car. I'm assuming it's la, but let's see where we go. I want to see if the music comes on or you know, where are you going with it?

When you think about the best of us, you think about the Masters, and it is opening day at the Masters, LeVar, whytn't you just settle in and buckle up?

Why did you move the mic away?

Wait until you get done.

I don't need this.

It's a deterrent. We've got a seven forty Eastern time tee off. What would be a deturn to scale?

Chips and old food and the different this music, this is the music that would go with it?

Right? Oh see, I think you should have refreshments and orders to this music. You know, can we do this?

Can we try to go next year?

Oh?

Good luck?

What do you mean good luck? I'll try to go.

I would listen. I would love to go. But from what I hear, it is a really, really difficult entry to get in.

Like Lee's the guy who actually handles credentials and all that stuff for Fox Sports Radio and.

What you don't think you can do a good job at that as soon as you said it was difficult and then lead in charge at the same time. I mean, I just say, you know, I would.

Love to go.

Let me put it this way.

I think before we judge the Masters, or I should say, before YouTube judge the Masters, we should make make it one of the places we need to go on our list of places to go next year and broadcast live.

From I'm in Like, if if it's anything close to and from what everyone tells me, it's far superior to Tory Pines, then yeah.

And we did a couple of we did a couple of shows of Tory Pines, which is beautiful, the.

Same category category.

I'm gonna try. We might lose var if that's the plan. If that's the plan, we might lose var one of those nights.

That's the problem. No if okay, I just I'm telling you, man, there's a lot of partying going on.

I don't party. Okay, I'll stay at the bar with you. I'll stand at the bar with you.

Know.

But but how many times I left the hotel when we were in New Orleans twice? Like once?

Twice?

Was it twice? I don't know.

I just said that.

I think it was once.

Just trust me on this one when I say this, it would actually be really set up for your style of where you're at.

I'm telling you, I dig what you're saying. I mean, I know you. You've been around me long enough to understand me a little bit better. I'll take that. Yeah, okay, oh man, just go down to the UH. I mean, if I got Brady Quinn with you, I'm cool. Go to the clubhouse.

Then we can sing.

And I don't think it's gonna work like that. We're gonna be sectioned off to an area of media.

That's about it.

But we couldn't get it in and one of the UH like hotel bar or down there at the course. They don't have like a bar for the media. They've got to have one a bar for the media. Yeah, like a bar restaurant for the media.

It's it's not really like that we would have access to what like the patrons have an access access to which by the way, do you know they don't call them fans what they call they call them patrons.

Because the case of correct, they fans is just another term for like fanatical.

Yeah, yeah, which is they don't like that controlled right right. Meanwhile, I've seen how people look at waste management. They are definitely not patrons. No, they are not fanatics either. They're drunks. That's correct, drunks. Yeah, okay, that's correct.

I'm just saying that this there's enough. By the way, I know Lee's gonna want to try to make this happen.

Lee, is that true? I will try too.

By the way, my expectations talking about art as high as they can't be, they're I know, it's one of the hardest places to get credentials for.

Have you tried to get credentialed to Augusta before? Not?

I mean not for me, but yeah, I've tried to get somebody credentialed for Augusta and they I've had people who should be there and they won't let they It's it's very hard to get into into I will say that even people who are covering golf, they won't let covered the masters.

I think the plan would be you find somewhere to set up, maybe outside of it, right, and then you figure out away from there just we just would go and take part.

You know what I'm saying. That'd be the fail safe.

I don't want to walk around and follow a group.

You don't have to, Okay, can go in one of the tenths.

Okay, good because I will not be seen following some golfer and then having somebody tell me to shut up because he's in the middle of his backswing.

Like, I'm not going to be a part of that.

I won't be a part of that.

I want to you don't talk anyway, so I don't really know what that matters.

Hey, I'm not going to be told when to talk or when not to talk, and I'm not going to be it's a blow hard fast.

Let me let me put it this way. My Roal Scotti Sheffler got arrested last year outside of Valhalla.

Is that where it was?

I believe?

So, yeah, yeah, if that had happened in Augusta. It would have kind of wiped away. Oh yeah, you've never heard about.

Any of that.

In fact, they would have arrested the cop.

Well, I'm just telling you this. It wouldn't be unarresting the cop. You just never would have heard from the cop. Again, So know this, Jonas. They will tell you what to say and when to say, and if you don't like it, see you God. And this concludes our coverage of the Master.

I'll go hang out with my people outside the gates.

That's about right.

You keep saying that, Yeah, where can I at least give some betting advice before this gets kicked off today?

Is that what you're getting at?

Yeah?

Like, what what sort of betting advice we talked about? I'm a winner?

What it really does? I'm going to win. It's Quinn's win.

All right, here we go for the Master's edition. We've got some picks.

And here's the thing about this course, all right, Augusta National Golf Club. It's what they would call a second shot course. And yes that is true, but there's some there's some parts where if you hit on the green, it's not enough. You got to be able to putt.

So the combination of what's called green in regulation, GIR and putting is the combination of play that you've got to have in order to be a contender and to win. And so here are my picks for this year. So some of the best on the PGA Tour Xander Schoffley, Scotty Scheffler, Colin Morikala, and then keep an eye on Patrick Canley and Rory as well. They should be in the mix. But Scotty Scheffler to win it at plus four to seventy five. Look, folks, it's worth the value. I get it.

It's a little choky. The reality is he is capable of winning this whole damn thing and at four plus four seventy five, get a little bit of juice there. Xander Shaffley to finish in the top ten at plus two hundred. I feel like that's a really safe bet. He's one of the best on the PGA Tour at greens in regulation and one of the better putters as well, so he should be competitive this week. Colin Morakala, I think he's going to finish in the top twenty. That's at minus one seventy. I like this bet it's not juice, but it's probably one of the safer bets of the entire week. Patrick Canley a plus one twenty five to finish in the top twenty as well.

Well, a little bit more juice there you could tell. As far as the plus odds.

Maybe there's a little question about where his game's at, but I do think he will contend, in particular this week and then Rory Rory's sitting there. I would bet him at a top ten finish at minus one forty. That would be my bet. But if you want to go for broke, he's never won it. Maybe this is the year lead a lap. You got him in the hat draw. He's at plus six twenty five. So look their tea and off at seven forty eastern, as Jonas alluded to.

But those are my bets. Go lock them in, Go get some winners, all right? How about them apples?

Yeah, there it is.

That's what I'm talking about here. Once you put that in your pipe and smoke it, bar, what does happened? Quinn's win winners?

Var winners? I miss that Quinn's win.

I'll play the opening again.

No you don't have to, No, we don't need it. We got to make it about var otherwise he's gotta check out.

No, that's not pretty stick stick rough who you got?

Don't try to pull that pull s on me, like, oh, we got to make it about Varr, Like who you got? Like, don't do that. I'm I'm I'm participating. I'm sitting here patiently waiting for you to get done talking about it. What do you mean give us any problems? Here?

What I got?

Who you've got? Ludvig?

There you go, That's who I picked out of the hat. That's what I'm going with.

There you go.

No, I don't.

I don't really have any information for anybody on this one. Uh you know, I could probably give you a pick and they probably win, just because I'd have no idea. Can I make an argument for the Masters though? And I'll just say, you've been making arguments for the Masters ever since we've been doing this show. Every time it's Master's.

Time, you make an argument because I believe that it's in contention for one of the best presentations of a sporting.

Event on television that there is, like what else would be even contend with it?

Okay, So, like, obviously the super Bowl feels big you know, like the Kentucky Derby feels, but like these big events feel big, this one as far as just.

Isn't this more than one day? Yeah? But it's it's what when'd you say a spectacle? Like when you have to compare it to like a tournament more so than like like a singular game.

Like if you follow along during the day, like the camera shots, the looks like they'll show like either rising the golfers are warming up. Then they'll show the sunset in the background. When you get to the weekend, they'll show the azaleas, they'll show the court, like the course is beautiful. I just wonder, are you really an athlete if you're a golfer? Like it's like the whole conversation about drivers, Like I would be more willing to say a race car driver is more of an athlete than a golfer.

Oh No, I don't know. I mean, I'll put it this way, I would not.

Yeah, sticks picks.

I was having this conversation with one of the guys last week on the Senior PGA Tour, and I had said to them, I was like, man, I love golf, but it'd be tough to play like five days a week, week after week after week after week, like and also like people.

Are like, oh, like would your body hold up?

Like the golf swing is not conducive like for your back for the rest of your body, Like anybody who plays a lot of golf, everyone's waking up, taking a leave or taking tail and all you know, they're just trying to like maybe have a few drinks before the round to hopefully like numb up their body and loosen up. For anyone who plays and like it goes on a bunch of golf trips. So I would say it's actually way more of a grind than people realize. From that standpoint, it's probably one of the reasons why some of the younger players who maybe felt like their best days were behind them or just one to break and one to pay day went to the live tour in the first place, is because it is a little bit more of a grind than people want to admit.

But I would definitely not follow you on that one. I think they're they're.

Athletes, and it takes obviously a certain type of athlete in order to be able to be super successful at playing the game of golf.

I think I'm with on this I would actually go as far as to say horse jockey more of an athlete than a golfer, to.

Be honest with you, and we know how you feel about horse jockeys. I mean that puts them pretty low down there.

I mean you got to handle that big ass horse and and go at high speeds and try to get past other horses and little guys on the horses. I'm just I just I don't know, man, I don't know the technology of the of the you know, the golf clubs, the the you know, the technology of the balls that they're hitting.

I just you know, I was one of the hardest things to do though, hitting at baseball and hitting a golf ball, it's one of the hardest things to do.

Well.

I just don't. I just don't.

I just don't look at golf as being a sport. I just think that it's like a hobby or that you can go obviously, you can go professional and being a hobby and make a lot of money at doing.

The hardest sports to make professionally. It's not even close by the way. Yeah, I just don't know that it's a sport. So I don't know it is.

I just don't see how like, how how can you be an old man and like you have the old man's tour?

Like how like I don't get it. I don't get it.

I mean, if that's a sport, bingo's a sport. I mean they're just as much as athletes of I mean, it's really hard to go pro playing bingos. Great point, Jonas, I'm with you. I'm just saying bingo golf like, we need to.

Have Lee and our social media team cut up these takes you guys make and put this out there.

That's what we need to do.

We need to perpetuate your is hot takes on stuff like this instead of just putting out our NFL clips where people kind of chime in on like an old rusty topic like the New York Jets organization or Aaron Rodgers or something else.

That's what we need to do for a social media we do what we do hot takes.

We do know that athletes play for the New York Jets, though, that's what we do.

Sure, do you know there's actually a couple of guys who played basketball in college I play golf, like Gary Woodland for example.

We do know that maybe former athletes turn to golf like, yeah, I get it. I mean I turned to barbecuing, you know, and I cook and grill and that's what I do and I do that as a senior, you know, and that's my sport.

So let's just put it this way.

If you could break a hundred at Augusta, I would give you a million dollars cash.

I don't need to break one hundred, and I don't need if you could know if you could. But it's not about if I could, because I don't care, Like I know what I care about. You could care about sports, and I don't know. And I don't know how we're crow barring this this topic into a sports talk radio show. I'm just I'm confused on that.

You know, who breaks one hundred every single time? The race car drivers give me some man, come on, I mean, that's why they call it the five hundred. Like that's where you need to be an athlete. Like try driving a car around five hundred.

Times, you know what I mean?

And you like your real urinate on yourself. I was just gonna say it's it's not a real sport to appear on yourself, right, I mean, you gotta put it in that time, man, like like the win is what matters most, just saying, you know how that you're bringing up LeVar, What is he typing in though? What is he typing? Are we getting rocked? Did you do you hear how quick the fingers are? What is your rebuttal to what it is that's going You have no rebuttal to this. It's not a sport. Golf is not a sport.

I was I was actually not typing. I was making an adjustment on the rundown, that's all. Oh, it's the thing that you never.

Open up and look at. Oh it's that. Yeah.

Oh, clearly a two topics. We're going to be a two topics and a lot of sound. I'm trying to readjust for another segment.

Oh okay, because clearly talking about the Masters is something that take my time to open up, to run down to and look at. I mean, that's you got that one right, that's added there?

Do you see that?

Look in a sport we call baseball. It is a beautiful course, that one is. I mean, okay, you ever seen his aliens. I'm glad people mow lawns real well man and put a hole in there. Hey with a flag. I used to have cotton on it, like, come on, come on, talk to me.

What do you mean?

What do you mean?

What is that where they came up with the white ball rolling on the ground like it's like in reenactment of Cotton? Is that? What it is?

Is that?

But they made it harder so you can hit it? I mean, is that what this is all about? I mean, listen, they're promoting the Masters on the Weather Channel right now. Yeah they are.

Yeah, I'm talking about I think.

You're gonna do one of those deals where I just go by myself to the Master and broadcast.

And why can't I?

Why would I?

Why would I bring you? Guys?

I don't want to go. I know I'm gonna try to go. Listen, I'm gonna try to go with y'all, but I don't want to go.

I'm talking. I'm gonna get one. I mean, there's no point.

Hey, let me be your plus one. I'll be your caddy. I'll carry your.

Actually rather be there.

I'll carry your comrades and your headset. I'll be your caddy. Come on, good by myself.

I'm going alone.

You guys want to be a holes Let me go by myself. Well, you know this is a bit. I hope you know this is a bit bad I do. Okay, all right, I know if you got on to the fact that this was a bit all right, Okay, I don't hate golf. I do think golf's of support. It's just not my favorite. Man. I really do want to go. Do you really tell me why?

Yes, you're told Jonas tell me why. Okay, there's a there's a tire. You're not gonna be able to dress your dress, and.

Nobody's ever worn a leather jacket from the nineties to augusta National. Then there needs to be a first, So let me be that first. Well, you have to you have to wear like a golf golf top and trousers. What you gotta wear?

I don't know not what Jonas wears, but I just know that much. I'm not sure I've ever seen Jonas wear something that you could actually wear their dang.

What do you mean? What about uh your golf tournament?

Yeah?

Actually probably get away with your salmon pants.

Yeah, it probably would work some Sperry topsiders.

Yeah, you could blend into the crowd that way.

Here you go, see figure it out. You doubt me way too much when it comes to fashion.

You get to have some faith. I'll dust something off and I'll show up there and they'll be like, you belong big, thank you. Where are we broadcasting from? And then we'll be there in Augusta. All of us LaVar included having a couple of having a couple of cocktails.

Look for the record, there is a ross stress for less right off of Wrightsboro Road there in Augusta.

Sweet. Yeah, so you could just go buy something if you.

Didn't have Yeah, look at what I sent you guys in the group chat. Just so you guys know, I'm not that bad about golfing. I'm not that hardcore about golfing.

Did it go through? Did it come through you?

Did you just Google image yourself golfing?

That's just me in Mexico.

And you look like you're actually like a legit golfer. I'm just like, yeah, know, I mean, I you know, like, let's be clear here. You know I'm cool with golf.

You like that?

Yeah, with the cigar and the you look like a legit golfer.

There you go get show off his back porch too.

Come do we have to credit me Guel Tovar for the.

US my wedding.

He's her brother in law.

Now, dang sereal, I'm all right, well let's sell you know, Q, I'm not as hard on golf as you think I do, like going to golf courses. I'm just not good at golfing, that's all. I'm just not good at it. That's like the rest of the world.

So yeah, so Lee's drinking a sixer on his front nine.

But the thing about it is that, for one, I don't do the a hole swings, so I don't go step up to the tee and like swing all over the place and missing, like, oh that was my miss, Like I am. I am more appropriate to where what we got going on and what's the deal there?

You know?

Like I said that one in particular, you had to walk it. That was the first time I had to walk, of course, and I tapped out gracefully at at whole nine.

I did go back to the clubhouse at nine. You also looked like you're wearing a thermal shirt underneath your polo. You got to go to straight polo show off those guns.

No, no, I thought that was real. Like the way I rocked my mouth, it was really good. It was really nice. It looks good.

The glove in the back pocket is nice.

I mean I feel like I pulled it off. Yeah.

But anyway, just so you guys know, I don't hate golf. I just like giving you a hard time.

So there you go.

And I would go to Augusta. I would. I would go spectate and be a part of it and partake in the posts.

You know, it is the.

Nicest place I've ever been. I've never seen a place that as like big as it is. And there's not like one weed, there's not one thing like out of place. It is absurd how nice that place is. It doesn't feel like real life, to be honest with you.

So it's as nice in person as it is on TV.

Trust me, man I sprayed the ball over the course when I was there, Like just you can't. You can't find like a flaw in the place. It's incredible. There's there's nothing like that place.
