Mathew Leong is a Singaporean Chef working at A L'aise, a Michelin Plate restaurant in Oslo, Norway.
He will represent Singapore on the world stage at the Bocuse d'Or final on September 26 & 27 in Lyon, France, one of the world's most prestigious cooking competitions, the gastronomic equivalent of the Olympics.
