View descriptionShare
In 2018, Feka was nominated as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Young Africans for her contribution towards improving the lives of girls in her native Cameroon and Uganda. Her organization, Hope for Vulnerables and Orphans, makes re-usable pads to help girls stay in school. Feka is on a mission to make cheaper options available to students from disadvantaged communities.
Listen to Feka’s story as she talks about the impact of the current war in Cameroon, the solution she offers and her hope for Cameroon and Africa. We also talk about some weird and wonderful greetings she has seen across the continent, her love for cooking and baking and why she chose to go into teaching in the first place.
