We get to the nitty, gritty of what it is like to be head of music on radio today.

This is an inspiring, stripped back, no-holds-barred conversation about 'women in radio' with two of my favourite female counterparts in the industry. We dip into Steph's transition from her sucessful broadcasting career on Capital Yorkshire as Simon and what the differences are after having the 'incredible priviledge' of being able to broadcast as a man and now as her true-self, Stephanie.
