It's a beautiful day to be on the water. Some boaters are already out enjoying this 4th of July weekend on Lake St. Clair, where we find Macomb County Sheriff's Marine Division Commander Lieutenant Gary Wiegand. 

He spoke with WWJ's Tracey McCaskill about boating safety, and the law.
