One day ago, Mayor Johnson and Chicago's police superintendent stood on a West side street corner to condemn whoever shot and killed a seven-year-old boy as he walked out of an apartment building. 

Wednesday afternoon, members of the boy's family joined neighbors and community leaders for a vigil to remember the boy and call for an end to violence in the city.
