Is it violence to not use someone's preferred pronouns?  Is it oppression?  George and callers discuss a new set of guidelines at the University of Colorado saying you should not assume someone's pronouns and using the wrong ones is oppression and an act of violence towards them.  Do you agree?  If someone ask for you to use a certain set of pronouns because it hurts them when you use the other ones, what would you do?
