In hour 1, Chris talks about an article written by Virginia mom Asra Nomani, about a school in Virginia who is keeping awards from students, especially asian students, as part of their strategy of 'equal outcomes for every student'.  It's no longer that a rising tide lifts all boars, but instead its time to sink certain boats that are floating too high.
