Broadway Bill Lee started in radio in 1972. He programmed WTIC-FM in Hartford (Connecticut), and then went on to jock at KFRC in San Francisco (California), WLOL in Minneapolis (Minnesota), and KPKE in Denver (Colorado), before landing in afternoon drive in New York City. He has hosted afternoons on WCBS-FM since 2007. 

Broadway Bill Lee has won numerous radio awards, including the Billboard Radio Magazine award for Radio Personality of the Year, as well as Personality of the Year from Radio & Records Magazine and two New York Metro Air Awards for Best Afternoon Drive Show.
