Dr. Samir Nayyar and Dr. Hemanshu Patel from Choice Medical Group in Victorville came on the program to discuss “Healthy Aging” and what we can do to stay healthy as we grow older.

Studies show that only 1 in 4 seniors between the age of 65 & 75 exercise regularly. Some of the positive effects of exercise include increased fitness, strength, coordination, confidence and a better mood.

Even gentle, regular exercise can increase life span from 3 to 5 years.
